About SCOUT Beauty Rewards

SCOUT Beauty Rewards is the customer loyalty program of SCOUT Organic Active Beauty, run through Smile.io. By joining, earning or redeeming points, you agree to these terms, which we may update from time to time — the current version always lives on this page.

Membership is free and open to anyone with a SCOUT customer account at scoutactivebeauty.com.au. If you already have an account, you're automatically a member. You may hold one membership per person, and your points are tied to your account email address.

Earning points

You earn Beauty Points for:

• Shopping — 5 points for every A$1 you spend
• Writing a product review — 100 points (worth A$1)
• Creating your account — 500 points (worth A$5), once

Points on an order are calculated on the amount paid for products, after any discounts and excluding GST, shipping and gift cards. Points are credited once your order is complete; if an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the points earned on it are reversed. Orders containing a subscription product are not eligible to earn points, and points are only earned on purchases made at scoutactivebeauty.com.au while you are signed in to your account.

Using your points

Every 100 points is worth A$1 to spend with us. Once you have enough points, sign in and redeem them for a discount at checkout — your reward is applied as a discount code to your order.

Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold or combined between accounts. Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, and may not be combined with other discount codes on the same order.

Points expiry

Beauty Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. If you do not earn or redeem any points for 12 consecutive months, your points balance expires and is removed from your account. Earning or redeeming any points resets the 12-month period — so as long as you stay active, you keep your balance.

General

• We may change, pause or end SCOUT Beauty Rewards, or change these terms, at any time. Any material change will be posted on this page.
• We may withhold, adjust or remove points gained through error, fraud or any breach of these terms, and may suspend or close accounts that misuse the program.
• Beauty Points are a benefit we provide, not your property or a currency; they carry no cash value and can be withdrawn.
• The program applies to purchases made at scoutactivebeauty.com.au only. It does not apply to wholesale orders, or to purchases through marketplaces or third-party stockists.
• Points balances from our previous rewards program have been carried across to SCOUT Beauty Rewards at their equivalent value.
