Firstly, yes you can use the moisturisers as a standalone skincare product, however the SCOUT Superfood skincare range has been designed so that individual organic beauty products work in concert with each other to give you great skin. For example our serums, oils and eye and lip creme all add depth and help to address and correct skin issues or concerns. 

Secondly, by using the moisturisers as part of a holistic skincare routine with cleansers, serums, oils and eye/lip creams you add a layer of protection and lock in all the actives by applying the final step of moisturisation.

They should be applied after cleansing and applying serums. At night it is recommended that if you are using the Six Oils of Rejuvenation the moisturiser should be applied over the top.
