We recommend using a cleanser twice a day, in the morning and night, as the first step in your skincare routine. Take care not to over-cleanse your skin and strip skin of natural oils which help protect your skin barrier. After gym or exercising, cleanse your skin to remove any sweat, excess oil or dirt.
