It’s easy,

1.  Start by applying a layer of SCOUT base coat to clean and dry nails and allow them to dry. 

2.  Follow with your first coat of colour, remembering to swipe one side of the brush on the inside of the bottleneck to remove excess polish.

3.  Allow to dry (a couple of minutes should do it) before applying a second coat for optimal coverage and vibrancy. 

4.  Once finished, apply a layer of the Super Dry & Shine topcoat for flawless and long lasting colour (Cuts drying time).

Absolutely, it can be removed with regular nail polish remover or water-based remover.
